Honey Mustard Garlic Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
1.5 lb pork tenderloin
2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
2 tbsp honey mustard
2 tbsp honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the spicy brown mustard, honey mustard, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Brush the mixture generously over both sides of the pork tenderloin.
Place pork on a baking sheet or in a roasting pan.
Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove from oven and let rest for 5–8 minutes before slicing.
