Honey Mustard Garlic Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lb pork tenderloin

  • 2 tbsp spicy brown mustard

  • 2 tbsp honey mustard

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the spicy brown mustard, honey mustard, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

  3. Brush the mixture generously over both sides of the pork tenderloin.

  4. Place pork on a baking sheet or in a roasting pan.

  5. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5–8 minutes before slicing.
