Mexican Lasagna Casserole

Ingredients:
6–8 corn or flour tortillas
1 can refried beans (mixed with taco seasoning)
1 can corn (drained)
1 cup salsa
1 (8 oz) bag shredded cheese
4 oz veggie cream cheese, softened
4 oz plain cream cheese, softened
1 can diced green chilis
2 cooked and diced chicken breasts
1 cup cooked rice
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, mix together the veggie cream cheese, plain cream cheese, and diced green chilis. Stir in the cooked, diced chicken.
In a 9×13 baking dish, start by adding a layer of tortillas.
Spread refried beans over the tortillas.
Add the chicken and cream cheese mixture on top.
Layer the cooked rice, then the corn, followed by salsa and a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients, finishing with tortillas and topping with the rest of the shredded cheese.
Bake for about 40 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
Let sit for a few minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
