Simply Ratatouille

Tonight's family movie night featured a rather delightful film, Ratatouille. After watching the culinary adventures of Remy, the chef rat, the kids and I could not resist making our very own ratatouille. The kitchen was filled with laughter and the fragrant aroma of fresh vegetables. We were not only inspired by the movie but also by the simplicity and beauty of the dish.
